My name is Amanda (AKA Mandy) and my brother's name is Derek. We created this blog as a way to share our experiences with friends and family as we live in Madrid. It also doesn't hurt to have an electronic journal to reread forever.
We are in Madrid until July 2018 during which I will get a master's degree and Derek will teach English and learn Spanish, but we're mostly just trying to soak up as much of Spain and Europe as we can before we head back to the "real world". I enjoy writing and taking photos and Derek has a serious talent for videography. That being said, the blogs are authored by Mandy, photos taken by Mandy and the videos are shot and produced by Derek. Enjoy! |
